just before i head out the door, i make coffee and cappuccino mixed together....sometimes i substitute the cappuccino with hot chocolate. mmmmmmmmmm nummy! ;)

Go soy instead of milk though, and I reckon you've got a winner :D
Mind you, I don't drink it all that often. I'd much rather be firing on my own cylinders, rather than requiring a cup of anything caffenated. I'll usually stick to a glass of juice if I have the time. I'll hit the chai if I want to relax (ie on a weekend morning) or if I do need to be woken up at work. |

| It used to be coffee, then soft drink, then coffee, now soft drink again, but I'm kinda not in love with sugar or aspartame, so back to coffee it is. |

| no morning pick up for me. im half asleep till abt 12 pm when lunch starts. then im semi awake. then im awake for an hour and then i burn out. extra sleepy when im working. i hate manual labour |
