I LOVE TEA!
who else here does?
its WAY better than cofee, still wakes me up in the morning, less caffeine, NO bad breath, less teeth staining, and generally cheaper!

I voted Other - Coke or Speed usually does the trick.
Honestly though, if I'm tired, there's no substance known to man that can 'pick me up'. |

Sugar free vanilla chai with skim milk is the !
Although, when I don't have enough time in the morning to stop at the coffee shop i'll just have a coffee with fat free vanilla creamer at the office. So yeah, like 4/5 days of the week. |

Don't get me started on Tea, my staple is simple Tetley (or any Orange Pekoe will do) tea with milk and sugar, it's heaven in a cup. Then of course there's Earl Grey, English Breakfast (great with honey & lemon for coughs or sniffles), Chamomile for relaxing. Don't get me started on Tea. I'm at school right now otherwise I'd probably write a 2000 word report on the benefits of tea. But I should say it's more of a comfort thing then an actual pick me up for me. :)
Speaking of which, we ran out of tea at my house a couple days ago so I was so desperate for it that I was considering going out to Burlington to my tea buddies house to get some, which should tell you how whacked out I was since I couldv'e just walked down to the store and bought some tea :p Then again it's always nicer to have tea with your best friend :)
But ya all I drink is milk, juice, water, and most importantly tea. Tea has gotten me through some of the tough times in my life and been there with me through the best times. Before a club, after a club, it's a great way to (re)energize your body without shocking it like that poison you call coffee can. It's a great stress reliever too, it's what I turn to as opposed to lighting another cigarette (had maybe 2 or 3 (all at clubs oddly enough) since August :D ).
And now instead of working on my assignments I've been writing "Tea and it's affects on Adult Males" so I'm getting back to work sans tea :(
EDIT: After I posted I saw my avatar and remembered the effect tea has on the consumption of cookies (let's just say I like cookies with my tea ;) ), and now I just remembered tea parties, boy do we ever have a lot to discuss... |

| I usually have a coffee, but I also have a breakfast smoothie - fruit, fat free organic vanilla yogurt, vanilla soy milk, ice and 1 scoop of transform+ with calcium - it's got all of the goodness of greens+ plus protein and a calcium supplement. Yum! |
