Airport shuttle

| Does anybody know a good shuttle service to get to Pearson airport? I kinda gotta get there in 3 weeks, and I don't really wanna pay too much (traveller's budget and all that jazz). I'm basically looking for a van/bus style thing, but I'll take anything if the price is right. |

Yeah, was looking through that site and that PDF, but they only have phone numbers mostly on the PDF. Plus it looks like most of the service providers are for areas a bit more on the GTA edge. I was more looking for stuff within the GTA (specifically North York).
Admittedly, I gave up looking through that PDF once I got to like the 3rd weblink, since none of the sites were helpful in the slightest (mainly because they don't seem to service the inner GTA).
Any other suggestions RJ? |

Yeah, checked them out too. It's a bit of a struggle getting from Don Mills subway all the way down to Dundas station. Especially with a huge suitcase. I wouldn't mind being on the subway so much if the pickup point for that service wasn't much of a walk, but when I have to lug a suitcase and a snowboard bag both onto and off a subway, it makes it too much of a pain in the ass.
I was considering a door pickup service, as long as the fee was right. Or at least a spot that's close to subway pickup. I can handle being on the subway and walking around 100 odd metres. Anything more, and it's just too much of a struggle. |

Dood.. $15 from 10 different downtown hotels - every 30 minutes (20 minutes during peak).
It's less than 100 meters from Union to Royal York Hotel.
Hop on the subway, take it to Union, go to Royal York catch the Airport Express - BOOM! - you're at Pearson. |

The theory's good, and I'm quite tempted.
However, keep in mind I gotta come from essentially Sheppard and Victoria Park, out to Don Mills subway station, then transfer to yonge, then get to the bus stops. Also keep in mind my giant suitcase and snowboard bag. Both of these things aren't small by any means, and carting them around whilst having to transfer between subways and buses makes it quite a difficult logistical task. |

If transferring between 2 subway lines is too much of a hassle then I dunno what to suggest. Transfering lines isn't much of a problem...just take the elevator down to the Yonge Line.
Going to Union and then from the Royal York hotel is like...walking right across the street. You also have the option of going to Queen station and then walking west about 100metres to the Sheraton |

Just ing fly to the damnèd airport Marcus. Jesus H. Christ. You make life so diffcult. I'd TOTALLY break out my angel-wings for this occaison just for the simple fact of how easy it would be.
Now, dammit, pull a Matt Daemon (Loki?!?!?) in Dogma, break out/open up your wings (dont get them shot off) and fly your ass there to the airport.
So. Much. SIMPLER.
