| when i use my pro-53 in cubase i cant create good sounds. you cant run it through your own inserts only the ones provided by cubase which are . unless im doing something wrong. |

Well here goes my attempt at the sharp sound. It's actually harder than I thought in Pro-53. I couldn't really get that really smooth sound from it like I could from V-Station. Vengeance soundbank for V-Station has a really nice preset that sounds just like it I believe. It's either 136 or 137.

| have you got an external arpeggiator? or can you use different vst effects on your vsts in fruity loops? |

| You can use different VST effects just find the right ones that sound good. I got a nice gate program called CamelSpace that I believe can do 1/128th or something like that. It's pretty awesome I love it so far. |

| but how do you apply the effect in cubase without applying the effect to all midi outputs? you can only add cubase preset plug ins on a single midi track. if you want to use something different you can only apply it to all midi tracks. dont no if this is making sense to you lol. but if you kind of understand what i mean can you suggest how you add plug ins to a single midi track in cubase without having them all adopting the plug in. |

| I believe you have to use a totally different midi track along with another instance of Pro-53 or something. I'm not totally sure what you mean...if you mean stuff like automation and adding like a flanger for only 16 bars or something then that's a different story. |

hey guys does anyone happen to know how to recreate a synth just like the one from the song Ayla - Ayla? (the main melody)
well in manual schleis's vanguard patch, there is one titled AYLA, but its not the same electronic sounding synth as the real deal...
anyone have any presets for it? v-station will do to :-) |

| Heh we might as well just make this thread a sticky and get people to just ask for certain sounds and everyone try to recreate the sound. We had a similar thread like that awhile ago, but I dunno where it went. |
