Another day without cigarettes. I didn't really feel any cravings today, maybe cause Ive just had two days off and today was not very stressful at work.

| 3rd day without stoges. I got work tommora. I might have one after lunch tommorow cause i usally load up on food and u know the good feeling of a cigarette after a hefty meal. but ima try not to heh |

ok. i'm ready to join.
i have a pink lighter that i said when it runs out of fluid, i'll quit. just becasue i knew i wasn't going to lose it, cause its almost impossible to lose a pink lighter cause nobody will pocket it. :) so the lighter is almost done, so i'm ready...plus its getting cold outside. |

damn some people actually take this seriously. nice to know :)
so my biggest test will be tommorow at work since i'm working for 9 hours and it's usually busy and stressful on sunday.
ima stay strong though :D |

They say the first 3 days are the worst so it shouldn't be bad from there. I've heard people say if you tempted to go into a gas station to buy cigs, still go own but buy gum instead because it'll help the oral fixation thing. |
