turned 22 last week.
Getting a little bit of a receeding hairline.
So i've decided if i wanna retain my youthful good looks i needa look after my skin.
So can you all suggest some good solutions to keeping skin firm and smooth.
Cant do much to stop the hair falling out, so i guess i maye as well look after the skin!!
I'm thinking just eat plenty fruit, dont eat many chips + battered sausages, moisturise every once in a while?
Any further suggestions?

I use a Gillette Complete Skin Care aftershave gel. It's great for after the shave but, also for the rest of your face as a moisturizer. Puts a nice shine on and keeps the skin looking young and healthy.
And of course, I wear the green mask and cucumbers that you always see in movies, at least twice a week. |

| Ygrene is right about the gillete thing. If you want the best results you should see a dermotologist. Also, I read an interview with this rocker once and he was talking about how the sugar suplement, aspertame (sp?) in diet coke or diet pepsi drinks, at room temperatures is actually good for your skind somehow lol |

| you should wash your face with facial cleanser in the morning, then moisturize. repeat before going to bed. do not put cream on your nose or any other oil parts (if any) on your face- if you do have an oily nose and/or chin and/or forehead (and/or anything else) get some cotton balls and use an astrigent (or Oxypads for example.) and if you have any black/whiteheads on your nose and/or chin (or anyplace else) use the Bjore face/nose strips. LOVE those things. matter of fact, gonna use one right now on my nose.... yay! |

Once it starts balding real bad you can always go for the bald look. Bruce Willis has receding hair line and look at him. Vin diesel, samuel l jackson, and so forth. |

| One of the most important things you can do IMO is wash your face before going to bed even if it's water because otherwise you're sleeping with oil on your face and it'll lead to acne. All the pimples I've ever gotten I notice in the morning. |
