Every time I end up at Purple Room the crowd is bigger and bigger! Congrats guys.

Despite having to leave early (boo work) am quite grateful I decided to make the trip. Dennis and Tim back to back forever makes for an enjoyable evening!

Highlights of the night:

(Walking with Dan through the main room)..

Me: "So yeah, basically all you need to be a DJ in this room is have every 50 cent record ever made."
Dan: "Yeah, and be able to loop them upon request."

(Back in the Purple Room)..

Me: "It's The Drill!"
Aaron: "No, it's not."
Me: "Yeah it is!"

2 minutes later...

Aaron: "The Drill!!!"

:haha:

Nice to see everyone as always. I missed you Dave - I will have to tell you all about New York the next time!

Oh yeah. Those were some SHINY leather pants.

You know, I can't remember when trance night was really, really trance night because Tim and Dennis killed it with some hard, dirty beats.

Come to Tim's, for all your techno cravings!

The duo started with some nice uplifting proggy stuff then started to put down some good stuff. Mike Koglin vs Jono Grant - Sequential, Inertia - The Chamber, The Drill - The Drill, Mike Foyle vs the Signalrunners - Love Theme Dusk (Signalrunners mix), Arc in the Sky - Kissed, TDR - Squelch (SvD remix), that silly BK bootleg of Nirvana, and I can't remember. Oh, I think there was some Chemical Brothers in there too.

Fri nights at Purple Room is getting better and better. From midnight and on, the place had decent crowd, but not too crowded that you didn't have room to dance. The crowd is still noobs with their Tiesto requests, but at least they're learning to appreciate the good stuff.

Well done to Tim and Dennis!

9/10
Tune of the Night: Arc in the Sky - Kissed (because it sounds so nice in a club)

Wow I know it was supposed to be Dennis's birthday bash but hearing those tunes tonight it felt like mine! Thanks guys for throwing down some goodies.
What was the breaks track? second last track on the night. I've heard it a bunch of times before and I continue to love it more and more. It was nice hearing it mix with Andy Moore.
I need to crash, I'm up again in 3 hours, just like last night/ yesterday! holly crap am I sleeping in on Sunday morning when it comes!

Thanks again guys for the tunes. It's always a pleasure.
And Happy birthday to Dennis. You wore those pants like a champ! I was impressed / jealous. ;)
