I know I'm not the only one here that really misses Ilya! I only got the luxury to party and hang out with him 3 or 4 times before he left for San Francisco...but very memorable times they were.
I know, personally I have been in contact with him, and know that he's doing well in San Francisco...but I thought I would start an "I miss Ilya" thread.
So who else out there misses him?
Maybe share some of your most memorable experiences with the great Russian himself :)

Last time I talked to him, he said he was going to be back for the holidays for a week or so! I said I would definatly make the trek up from Windsor for it! |

I just googled "Ilyia" and all the first links were to our Ilyia. I thought to myself, he must be popular but then Ray reminded me that he works for google. He probably set that up! |

It would be nice to see Ilyia home for the holidays for sure.. even if it is for a short period.. it is better than nothing at all :D

I knew Ilyia *apparently* back in my bleach blonde surfer shag hair dayz back when I lived in waterloo and whent to UW. One of my best friends down there was a russian and (of course) he knew ilya.

Yea - i was a pretty distinctive guy - hard to forget that blonde shag.... LOL... esp. when youre at an almost entirely ALL RUSSIAN house party (everyone w/ mostly short cut very dark hair).
i was the tolkien white boy. ;)
Ilyia saw those pictures earlier this year and was like "OH - I HAD TOTALLY MEET YOU YEARS BEFORE!!"... he recognized that white guy... just didnt realize it was me :D
