It may not be hot off the presses, but because it IS a piece of evangelism, after all, it must be repeated and shoved down everyone's throats until they get it. And then, we'll be coming to your door. And asking you to go somewhere cold and boring on Sunday.

And ask for money.

Believe it or not, this comic has alot to say about the scene, namely the state of the scene today and what is wrong with it. I noticed this most profoundly at the last PVD show I went to, in June. There are no raves, or 'parties' anymore - at least here in Texas. There are 'club events' which are basically superstar DJ concerts. It's all a DJ-worship spectacle, where everybody waves their arms in the air and cheers for the DJ the whole time. What ever happened to dancing? The whole scene has changed, I doubt the warm and giddy days of happy rave culture will ever be upon us again.

How rude. I was just commenting on how the scene has changed, and yes, I went to my share of 'rave' events back in the day - haven't really been to one in 3 years, though.
