the mix of muscle car he played friday was definitely his own mix. it was probably the highlight of the weekend for me
the mix of freeform 5 being asked about is just a dubby edited version of the soul mekanik mix, with most of the vocals cut out and some fx weirdness put on the vox in the breakdown |

Best Sander set ever!
Cannot get over how good of a night Friday was. Got there in time to catch the end of Sydney's set, decent sized crowd even then, I knew it was going to get silly later on. Brad's 1st set of the night was great, so thumpy and the perfect setup for Sander.
Sander got into his dirty, dark beats early on and the crowd was loving it. He had the crowd hooked, I just could not believe how quickly the night flew past. Crazy busy crowd - the glass behind the booth was steamed up, the ceiling was dripping but I still managed to find a decent enough spot on the floor to dance my little feet off.
Only briefly stopped in the front room but whoever was on during most of Sander's set (Adam Greene?) was doing quite well. Sure were a lot of you guys in there giving support. I also met some guy who recently moved from Vancouver... um, I forgot your name but you did say that you are a TA too. *waves* nice meeting ya!
