So far I have an empty car going to Montreal from Toronto for NYE weekend...if anyone wants a ride that lives along the way (not sure what Josh/Lisa/Nada's plans are--you guys get priority! ;)) like Ottawa, for example, you are welcome to join!
It's a bit out of the way to get to Ottawa from the 401 on the way to Montreal so chipping in for gas money would be nice! :)
Make sure you have a place to stay, though, because my fiancee doesn't like menage-a-trois! ;) :p |

FAHAD - YES Josh and I are going to Montreal with our friend Derek and his gf. We're going to be driving up early on the 31st from Toronto after spending the 30th in Toronto...possibly making a visit with Ilyia if we can since he'll be down, I dunno.
Josh is going to try to be able to drive his van up to Montreal, so I think we're okay ride wise...hopefully he'll get it...otherwise maybe we can hitch a ride with you? However, when would you be coming back? And of course we'd split gas!
We're also staying at the Delta in Montreal. And we bought out tickets for Armin already...GO BUY YOURS B/C YOU HAVE TO COME!! As for Nada...GET HER ASS UP THERE TOO! If we both hound here maybe we'll get her to go.
Talk to Josh though...PM him or whatever, he's more of the planning coordinator than I am.

j/k Got your PM! I checked with shanny and everyone else in Toronto already has travel arrangements so I'll be travelling alone so yeah, room for both of you in my car.
I guess I can drive to Ottawa and then make it over to Montreal...
Malek, do you know how much longer it takes to get to Montreal because of that detour? Trying to make plans to be there for whatever you guys have planned for Friday, Dec. 30.
Also, Tia, I'm not 100% sure what time I'm leaving T.O.; could be as early as 1 pm or as late as 5 pm (Friday, Dec. 30). I'll be returning on Jan. 4. Your ride to/from Red Lite is confirmed; don't worry about that; it's just going out of my way to get to Ottawa causes a little more gas to be spent on my car which isn't very good on gas! :(
I always feel bad asking for money from younger people :( (Except Tag--that guy has to pay ME for his services ;) :p) |
