Worst movie ever...
AEON FLUX
Was at the premiere last night... almost walked out halfway through. I can not think of any part of the movie that was not ing awful. Save yourself 2 hours and keep as far away from the theatre as possible... only good thing was Charlize Theron, but it wouldn't have mattered if she got naked and danced around for a bit, nothing could have saved this movie!

Somehow this doesn't surprise me...
I've said it this movie was going to fail because of 2 things:
#1 - People who watched Aeon Flux on MTV back in the day and truly supported the show are going to find fault with it no matter what. This applies to pretty much all films that are translated from comics or TV shows. People will always complain about something or other.
#2 - For the people who never watched Aeon Flux, or never heard of it, this movie has to bring in these potential audiences.. and what other way than by what Hollywood does best?.... by having lots of action and Special Effects, CGI, and eye-candy to make up for everything else.
another blockbuster full of the same old tired plot and action. ho-hum. |

i thought the same thing about Sin City and that turned out to be most excellent. I'm going to wait till more of us see it, including me and write a review about it. |

| Yeah there are exceptions.. Sin City and Spider-man for example... but for every exception like these two we have 10 other films like Sky Captain, Hulk, War of the Worlds, Matrix 3 etc... |
