i still think both mitchell and babshould be gone, especially babcock. he's an idiot for taking rafa over igoduala during the draft a few years ago. everyone knew that igoduala is going to be a much better basketball player. rafa wasn't even suppose to go that high in the draft. and now what. rafa stinks and look at what igoduala is doing in philly.

Well, Raps needed a big man up front than a small forward. Rafa does stink, but he still is better than Loren Woods or Aaron Williams.
Rafa does have decent defensive skills that he shows occassionally and he's got decent rebounding skills. He needs to learn to catch the bloody ball and go up strong near the basket. Also learn how to get short range jumpers. Oh and consistency.

Its because of those Lieberals that the Raptors suck!

SOCIAL ENGINEERING!!! THINK ABOUT IT!

right on

Rose has lost it now too. he is getting too old and i think he knows it.
the raps new rookies are alright...Charlie V and Graham are good but with the draft options T.O had we could have done much better. I really like calderon though, he leadership is good to ( and he can hradly speak engilsh) to bad more raps werent like that..

the raps arent really rebuilding either...our rookies will start to get good and then well trade them and theyll turn into superstars like typical raptor fashion.

Im a hugh raps fan and have been for a while but its just frustrating when we have idiots like babrunning the team

i think rafa is prob the wanna of the worst players in the NBA.
he looks lost out on the court

also u know what else pisses me off. how we trade for Alonzo he rufuses to come here and play, we pay him off (i think it was 15 mill) then he signs with miami, one of the best teams in the nba

let's give him some credit too...last year's draft picks seem reasonably solid...and how about Mike James?

While James is as streaky as they come...ditching Rafer and his attitude for James was a *steal* in hindsight.

Rafer is doing *squat* on a more talented Houston team...he's shooting a miserable 32% and averaging only 7 pts and 4 assists in over 30 min. per game. Hardly inspiring numbers.

Mike James is averaging almost 16 pts and over 4 assists, while shooting 46% from the field in about the same playing time...not to mention not being a head case like Rafer. That game where James went head-to-head with Iverson was something to see...holy f**k.

Who could the raps have got to fill the holes they had at the time Charlie V. and Graham were drafted?

Joey Graham was a steal, and everyone commented on the great job Babdid with that. Charlie V. led all rookies in scoring in the preseason, and has shown some solid play so far. Babtook so much heat for drafting Charlie V. and Graham, but both have done reasonably well so far.

Babis getting killed because of moves that Grunwald made that crippled this team for years.

That's because those guys aren't even CBA quality.

Yes. But the draft isn't nearly as good as it has been the last few years.

Oh...and congrats to the Raps! :haha:

I was really hopin' they'd go 0-82, then at least they could have a record for something...

raptors sucks big time! still routing for them i dont want to be a band wagon jumper (if) they do good.

Raptors win Raptors win! 102-101 win against Atlanta. (Although Selim Stodamire's 3 pt at the end was academic. I love that kid though. He can shoot)

Charlie V had a huge game with something liek 23 pts, including a layup to give the raps the lead with like 2 secs left, plus 10 rebounds. He also did good penetrating and passing the ball for easy look for Bosh.

Calderon and James both had solid games. I like Calderon as 1 and James as 2 idea. However, that doesn't leave much for bench though. Calderon if he keeps this up and get used to dealing with high quality PGs in NBA, he could be another Steve Nash. He certainly passes the ball real well.
