YUP
2005 will go down in the record books for reasons a many
one of them being the abnormal activity of the atlantic hurricane basin which has spawned a plethora of hurricanes and tropical storms thereby perplexing scientists and many enthusiasts worldwide...

Oh please. If you think that some high power arrays can change weather patters... dream on and attempt to study the dynamics and micro physics of what make up weather/patters/systems.
If you think that some bogus authors know what they are talking about... try to talk to people in my field:
Meteorologists (and yes that is what I am)
Atmospheric Scientists
Chemists
Molecular Biologists
And try to get your point across without people laughing. I would go into more to debunk that theory but I really dont feel like wasting my breath. |

Look at the picture.
HAARP is meant to temporarily excite the Ionosphere. Do you even know where that is? It is an extension of the thermosphere. Weather does not occur in the thermosphere. Weather occurs in the lowest portion of the atmosphere... the troposhere..
