I feel for you. My cat died in August (15 yrs old). I was away at the time and I can't help but feel that I should've been there at the vet's when they put him down. He was MY cat after all. On the other hand he was in fine shape when I left him so I suppose I'm better off remembering him like that.
Life goes on, but it's been months and I still miss the little guy. |

sorry to hear about that. i had to put mine to sleep a few years ago. he was dying of cancer. such a great cat. i'll never get another one. good times we had, good times. |

| sorry to hear about that dude, just lost a 3 week old kitten that we bred and was born too weak, we bottle fed him and looked after him but he wasnt big enough to survive. losing your animals sucks. :whip: |

Anyways, my cat died July 2003, she was 23! Good age for a cat, she died of kidney failure. Her last 24 hours were kinda upsetting, she kept trying to walk but couldnt, and she kept looking at us to help her :( She was put down in the end.
Got a new cat now from a rescue shelter, shes cool...about 2 years old. ing annoying when u go for a piss in the middle of the night and she jumps outta nowhere to attack your feet. |

sorry bout your loss, i have a cat who's almost 18 who i'm starting to get worried about her health. my family had chinese the other day and she was sitting on my dad's lap and smelled it when i walked in the room with it and her nose started twitching like crazy. she'd try to go back to sleep but then she'd start this involuntary sniffing motion. we started to get worried but then someone dropped a piece of chicken and she bounded off his lap, ate it, and found somewhere ridiculously inconvienent to go to sleep. yeah i'm a cat person |

it just really sucks. |
i'm really sorry. i just found out over thanksgiving that my cat has feline leukemia and a spinal tumor, so he can't really walk anymore and is going to die probably within the next year. losing a pet is never easy, especially when you're their person. i hope you feel better, i understand how hard it is. |
