i saw this on sunday night.. i quite enjoyed it.. def more of a kids film though. visual effects were amazing, espeically the detail on the animal characters... :)

i think i read the books when i was younger.. the first one at least. for the record my fav fantasy series are the books by Raymond E Fiest :) (magician, riftwar/serpent war series etc)

saw this yesterday. mixed feelings about this one.

great to see it on the big screen after all these years. From what i can remember I liked the BBC series better. I found the child actors in the big screen version a little flat, and though the movie was quite long it seemed rushed. i think i need to read the books again to determine exactly what was left out or modified.

I really disliked the Narnia books when I was young. Interested to see the film though, although slightly worried that the kid actors will be somewhat unbearable.

DO IT. A totally sloshed Narnia session wouldn't be so bad i reckon. Those mythical creatures would be so much fun :haha:

I'm almost convinced to see this film completely based on all of the religious uproar it's caused lol.

you would be surprised how many people leave the cinema when the credits start and miss the little extra bit about 20 secs into the credits.
