I have to wonder why the called it Fruity Loops and why its so similar in name to the American cereal Froot Loops. And how the hell did people get to calling homosexual people "fruity" anyway? Dont people generally like fruit? Slang doesnt make any sense half the time, I swear. |

Hey. They called it Fruity Loops because it had the word Loops in it (the initial intent of the program) and they needed to relate it back to something people knew, which they chose Froot Loops. They changed the spelling obviously because of trademarks.

ha ha ha ha, the only problem with this theory is that the program is all made over in Europe... I dont think Kellogg has much influence over there. Unless they have secret armies and spies that we dont know about. Toucan Sam is their leader and hes out to find the missing bananalemonberry flavored loop that's hidden in Sweden.

Fruity Loops was an excellent name when it was nothing more than a loop creation utility. Unfortunately, people have a hard time taking it seriously now that it is a full-featured studio. |
