So...anyone choosing to not go clubbing on NYE?

Personally I get caught up in the excitement and end up being disappointed, because it's just another night out...only 10x more expensive.

(Last yr I had a pretty good NYE b/c I had a wicked booking tho)

This year my BF and I decided to leave the city on New Years and spend 2 nights in Muskoka at a resort and spa so we can start 2006 off totally relaxed and refreshed. (but not much richer than had we stayed in the city, unfortunately!)

Anyone else having a chill NYE?

A friend of mine is having his photography displayed at a local bar this NYE. I'll be there drinking myself silly :D

For the first time in 6 years I am clubbing for NYE. Can't miss saying goodbye to a peice of my history - and lots of booze I get to say hello to.

I will be sitting at home relaxing for the evening....probably in bed before midnight

I did the BOA 3-Day bash last year and spent a crazy ammount of money doing it. This year I've decided to invite my close friends and their records over and party at my pad for NYE. Funny, but I think I'm gonna end up spending the same ammount in my living room???

Whatever you all do make it a safe and happy new year.

Well, i was planning on bashing this NYE, but my parents'
30th anniversary is Dec 13th, so my sisters and I decided to
buy them tix to Croatia for a month instead.

I will be relaxing in Windsor this NYE

I might be spending a quiet New Year's eve, it depends on a few factors. But then I've never been a big fan of NYE parties, anyway...

When I was in college, NYE always fell during Xmas break - and I went to school in MA, went home to Michigan every year. Which means that, since I didn't keep in contact with anyone back home really, I spent NYE every year with my Mom and the dogs watching the ball drop and drinking non-alcoholic bubbly (until I turned 21 that is - the non-alcoholic bubbly part). I think the NYE 2000 I went to some yuppie party out in the burbs and I vaguely recall showing these massive college football players how to play rugby in my floor-length evening gown..... But I digress...the three years after that, I went to house parties so this, folks, is my FIRST NEW YEARS EVE CLUBBING EXPERIENCE! :)
