Some funny stuff in there, I'll admit that some of them definitely apply to me (or applied at one point).
It's too bad people had to reply by adding their own "clever" and "witty" comments about masturbating furiously to the names of DJs. This was a thread about clubbing and it was funny in that respect - it stopped being funny when DJ worship and fanboyism entered into it. |

One of my best friend's parents knows she's tried it before too! I knew they knew about us smoking pot b/c they let us do it there all the time and they know my friend and her brother do, they talk about it at the dinner table sometimes! Haha (i.e. "(insert name here), you have to clean out your car! if you keep leaving roaches around your car when you go shopping in the states, if customs catches you, you'll be screwed!")
I never knew they knew about the other drugs though. My friend herself has only done E a few times, but I guess she told her parnets that we all do. And they don't care. They talk about how they did acid when they were young hippies, and that they don't like th efact that we do E...but they can't stop us so just be careful.
I didn't know this for awhile, and one time her dad picked us up from the train station ALL cracked out. And I was just trying to keep my mouth shut and get home. Then I was talking to her after and she's like "oh yea...my dad knew you were coming down" haha.
It's pretty cool...cool that they let us make our own mistakes. It's not like they condone drug use...they just let us experience things for ourselves. I'm sure if they saw us abusing drugs, or that we were greatly ruining our lives they would step in. |

I agree with you Aaron. I'm not about to get into some religious speel here...but personally I'm not a fan of the DJ worship and all the "so and so is my God" thing. I try to just skim over and ignore it and know that it's not something I would say. |
