I think, I think, I think...I'll be in attendance! It depends if I can avoid any Friday late meetings.

I'm visiting New York for the first time this Wednesday the 14th to the 18th... I just bought tickets for this yesterday. How is spirit compared to other places in NYC? Hopefully it's gonna be a badass night.

I'm driving into the city from NE PA through Jersey.

Can anyone recommend which transit stop I might park at before I hop on a subway and dive into Manhattan?

Awesome, I'm definately looking forward to it as well. How are the lines and such getting in there Friday nights? Around what time should I show up?

Oh, and another question, I'm staying in a hostel in forest hills/elmhurst area. What would be the best choice of transportation back to that area after a late night in NYC? I'm kinda worried about having to pay a cab like 60 bucks and I'm not sure if taking the subway that late at night is such a good idea, but maybe it's safer than I think? thanks.

Yea wtf? Hostel in Forest Hills? :wtf:Maybe you'll see my grandma out.

Make sure you get in the cab before you say where you're going. I'd be pissed if I were a cabbie and I had to take you to grandmotherly Forest Hills at 5am. 30 bucks sounds about right, I guess... it's about a 30 minute drive, should go fast cause there will be no one on the streets. If the sun is up you should have no qualms about getting on the subway though. Just close out the party!!

seemed like a good deal to me. So a cab would only be 30 bucks? I thought it would be alot more than that. Maybe i'll just do that. thanks.

where in PA are you from?
You can take route 80>280>78 (NJ turnpike south exit 14c, to Jersey city which leads you to Holland Tunnel and right next to holland tunnel is Newport Mall, You can park at the mall(its overnight parking cheap too) and take the path train, into the city. thats what i usually do. PM me
