Nope because Dupont Circle and more Nrthwest is a very nice area and its just southeast that has those problems but nowadays they are knocking down building and remdeling the messed up areas.
Like the buildings around Nations have been tore apart and they putting new buildings....and other parts look different where I live so its about time since D.C. is the damn Captial of the US |

Although you did mention a few sections that have been cleaned up, the fact remains that those places only make up a very small section of DC. |

Yes DC is overrun with crime and poverty :rolleyes:
Northwest is not a "very small section of DC". It's a quite large section. And the rest of the city is gentryifying and improving at a fast rate. Look at Gallery Place like 10 years ago and now, it's a huge difference. And it's not in NW either. |
