You know what? I've been to Acapulco, and I ran into some people who spoke English. I've been to Georgia and met people who were Asian. Hell, I've even been to Canada and met people from Africa.
Does that mean everyone in Acapulco speaks English, everyone in Georgia is Asian, and everyone in Canada is African?
