Ok first off...
DESYN PWNS YOU!
Yes...Desyn rocked...and hes cool as . He loves the music he plays and this is why I love him as a DJ. Mad respect to him....he ing does this because he loves it...no more no less...
Fun with all the TA's...you know who you are...King King was going offffff....Adios ftw!

Teh actual review:
So this was the first time I went to Basic...and what a sick little spot it is! Seems to be Desyn's kind of venue...small, intimate, nice atmosphere and peace,love,music characters on the wall ftw!
Highlight was def while me and Bas are talking on the dance floor at like 11:45...and some guy walks up to us with his hands in his pockets...
"Oh look its Desyn Masiello"

So I told him the story of how he kept staring people in the eyes @ Fundacion with Sasha. We all laughed much...funny .
Well he didnt stare at people last night, but he played alot of sick which I have no clue what any of it was....I ID'd discopolis at the same time Tigo did...but the rest is "wtf is this track I need to steal Desyn's CD case" material. Bas ID'd some...but I think we were too trashed to remember any.
Made Simon drink an Adios with me...Thrax joined in too...and we all got pretty trashed cause they make realy good Adios @ King King!!
I think Desyn was having a good time, the crowd was loving his , people were dancing and letting lose all over the place...it was fun times...havn't gotten to hear some straight up sick house music in a while and D man delivered...
So if you weren't there...sucks for you...but when Desyn comes back to LA everyone should check him out! |

i went to check desyn out after listening to that bomb-ass live set from P3 that was recently posted. he in destroyed everyone and was more than i expected him to be! i havent had so much fun in a long ass time and ive never seen king king so packed. the usual suspects were there pretty much all pre-wasted and rambling: woody, clovis, thrax, bas, bunny, and tigo. i wore my yarmulke to the club like i promised just to get the chanukkah spirit goin. what a night to remember!
(my 2nd objective was to test clovis's alcohol tolerance so i would know what to expect on NYE. lemme say that im MORE than ready to take him on FTW!)
