I'd like to thank everyone that came out and supported this event. I had such an awesome time from start and of course the finish! :) Good to see everyone again. I'll be playing at heaven this friday so hope you all can make it.

HAHA.. I've been on the darkside..Most people just don't know that...House is where it all began for me in 97...then Trance lifted me up ..brought me out of a life low..So I embrace both styles of music with open arms!! :tongue2

can i just say OMFG!!!! what a great night! i knew this was going to be a super night of music but i just didn't think it was going to be over the top as much as it was.
crystil and i get there about 10, which was a bit late for me, but walked right into the back room & woody's set just pulled me right in and my ass got to shak'in! super great set by woody, nice funky electro beats. i see that santa's beautiful helpers are there, michelle and kris, and i get my present from michelle, thank you for the drink! the gift that keeps on giving. you ladies looked amazing and the place was decorated with a festive flare. i stay for most of woody's set but try to make my rounds to say hi to everyone and check out the other rooms.
the loft and main room were sparse at first but they soon filled up but nothing quite compared to the way the back room stayed all night. soon after woody's set was finished up on the decks goes austin scott and he brought the rockin SD crew with him. always great partying with those folks. a very nice set layed down by austin. i think i spent more time up on the podeum's in the back room than i did on the floor. i'm like a cat, i like to be up high like that :p the back room was packed and jumping and austin put smiles on everyone's faces!
i bounce back into the main room for cody's set and of course he is totally rockin out, great funky housey beats and finally, and i say FINALLY get to watch not only great go-go dancers but the best imo, danielle and desiree! they looked phenominal and their dancing as everyone knows is flawless.
bounce outside for a bit to catch some fresh air and socialize. man there were so many TA's there and it was great seeing everyone. the vibe in the whole place was probably one of the best i have felt in a while. house tends to keep the alliance away which is always good. great to see matt cerf, fei-fei, gil la and mike koglin rocking out to all the sets. of course my dancing partner la la girl, lindsey was there and had a blast dancing with her. the SD crew brought my girl tricia with them so i got my tricia time before the holidays yay! of course my partner in crime crystil was in full effect along with bjorn, tigo, philippe, bob, gil, carrie, leeann, kristina, tsg, karenlovestoparty, robert, julie, eva, richard,aaron, krister, michelle, mike, kris and i'm sure a ton more i'm missing
so then back to the back room i go and up on decks is interstate, and i love mark lewis's sets every time and they did not disappoint. had my ass back up on the podeum dancing again. just a high energy fun set. then i had to bounce back to the main room for robbie rivera's set and he was laying down some hard funky house beats. i have to agree with kris, and the dark side boys already know, my head is full of house and i just can't get enough of it. i love it, every beat, hard funky sound that just moves my butt all over the place. robbie's set was great! i loved it. i did do some more bouncing and up to the loft i went to see woody and tigo close out the night!
i had such a great time!!!!! and believe it or not on just a few cocktails and that's IT! the music kept me intoxicated all night long and that's all i needed! i hated missing afterhours with bob but trying to find tricia the last 30 minutes and realizing robert stole her and then going back to my place to get crystil's records and then realizing hour f#*king tired we both were just made us want to crash. sorry bob, next time.
i danced so much last night and had one of the best times yet. i must have had a smile plastered on my face b/c i kept getting random people come up to me and tell me i looked like i was having a blast and saying how they love to see people just enjoy the music and you know what? that's what it's all about, i kept getting chills from all the great songs being dropped and that's just the drug i need, damn this music just gets better and better for me! i hope everyone else had a blast. i woke up at 2 pm with 9 hours of sleep and feel great.
mike lord thank you thank you thank you for your amazing set, you know how i like it and you give it to the crowd loud, rude, honest and great every time! you are definitely a very talented dj who apparently has a blast up there behind the decks. you are superb and i respect your love of the music! so thank you
michelle, thank you so much for putting together a great night in the back room! the vibe was out of this world and the people were digging it all! you will soon be a great promoter, not that you aren't already, but on a much larger scale! spundae, the happiest club on the planet, was the place to be last night, and every saturday, imo, but the vibe was just amazing! some of the chillest people in LA were in attendance last night. great meeting matt cerf's girlfriend, forgot her name, as usual, but i'm sure i will see her again.
i wish everone a peaceful, happy and music filled christmas and holiday! i will be heading to atlanta on friday to be with my family and my southern friends. i will be attending steve lawler while in the dirty south and party with some ATLTA's. can't wait to see everyone again for NYE! i know many of you will be going to spundae yay! and the rest of you i'll see around 4 am at avalon for sander k! what a great way to have spent the last weekend before the holidays, with so many great djs and so many fantastic friends! this has definitely been a great year for me, thank you all for making my intro into the edm scene this year so wonderful and positive. WOW, 2006 is gonna be a great one, love ya |

Once Austin Scott got off the decks,I kept bouncing back and forth throughout the night . btw, loved your set Scott; just could not stop dancing and smiling. Yeaahhhhh, happy times in the back room. I tell ya, when that back room goes off, OMG:crazy: It has the best vibe! :toocool:

I did run to the main room to catch Robbie since I have never seen him before. Wow Pretty impressive. I also saw a lot of TA's dancing their asses off. For some reason I think a lot of the TA's are becoming HA's it is allll good. Robbie also looked like he was having a great time flashing a huge smile to his crowd.
