I don't want US citizenship, I don't see myself living here forever. Now I know about all this stuff you said because I am a Cuban native & I know if you're not a citizen they could keep you there if they wished.
I am eligible to obtain my citizenship but it's really based on personal choice...I travel with my Cuban passport & I've found it a lot easier than some people have said with a US. That's just me though. |
Weird.. with all the traveling ive done ive always found my american passport most useful..(unless im in europe in which case.. uk ftw) and there have been times where ive needed to use others... even on a canadian i generally need more or different visas and its just easier on the US passport...
just from my experience...... |

Dumbest statement I have ever heard. You realize that the second you leave the US your really have no legal rights or protections? If goes bad for you outside of the US they have no obligation to assist you. Granted, I doubt that this would happen as the US is pretty solid in supporting it's residents when abroad but they really don't have to in your case. You're persona non gratta, not a desirable position to be in. My advise to you.... never leave the US unless you get your citizenship first. |
+1. I used to travel with my Ukraine passport before i obtained citzenship here (though i had a greencard they still ask you, or used to ask you, for some passport) and it made traveling a nightmare. It's so much better with the good old black American passport. looks dope too, starts everywhere, uber trippy  |

well i was close bitch :p
Jason, it's because it's uber boring, just the selection process and you lose pay for that day. some companies/employers give you some of the movie you'd make but overall it's a pain in the ass. |

THE COURT REALIZES THAT JURY SERVICE IMPOSES A HARDSHIP ON CITIZENS. HOWEVER, THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IS ONE OF THE PRINCIPLES GUARENTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION. IT IS THE DUTY OF EVERY CITIZEN TO SERVE WHEN CALLED TO DO SO.
our duty is to fight when called, be on a jury when, follow the law, and vote.
would u guys allow yourselves to be drafted if there was one, for another huge war. |
