I got interviewed by this worthless AZN guy who was 4 foot nothing, filled out a shiload of apps, but its as if i was sabotaged from the start. I dont even think they were gonna consider me for some reason from the get, I mean it's as if they just let me go through the process just to be nice to me, and not say , we're not gonna hire u haha. Have any of you ever gone through this type of feeling... was whack. Not only did I get interviewed by that first guy, then he made me wait like 20 minutes for his boss...and he proved to be the biggest Lumberg cocksuck, guy asked me question after question, but before i could even complete answering the first question, he'd be on the next, as if he didnt even care what i was saying. Then I got the usual, "we'll keep in touch". I dunno, I'm used to not getting hired in certain situations, but that was such a low blow to treat someone like that, and as i was walkin out he was smiling to some other worker at the desk, like just to rub it in. Any of you ever gotten turned down this bad?

i wouldnt want to work there at all.

as for my job, i got interviewed twice, second time, they told me you start next monday $8/1 hour. good stuff.

For some reason I envision you applying at the firm Patrick Bateman works at in American Psycho, with all the yuppie A-holes determined to makes themselves better by looking down on other people.

Well it was just like that, they kindof made me feel like im less of a person than them, the front office desk lady herself, was the "independent feminist in the real world" attitude type, bitch was out of sync with the urban world. But yea, strangely they were all yuppies, the guy that interviewed me kept goin "kay kay yeauh, ok i see here, u wrote that" At my previous office job, I had a guy worst than this, he called me "flakey" hahaha.

I wish you could pay me back for the time I wasted reading the stupidity you have to pay.

When you go to a job interview you're not putting your street game on bro so stop saying ah man the lady at the front desk wasn't urban. FTW? ! You're stupid.

I know if I was going in for a similar job interview and they acted all urban-ish I would have my doubts about the place and profesional etiquette.

Best way to go dressed to a job:

Suit. Really, really nice, really clean suit. Real clean appearance, teeth freshly brushed, hair nice, etc. No jacket (especially some North Face jacket). Greet with a smile, firm handshake, and never lose the smile once you greet them.

By the way, not all of corporate America is a douchebag simply because one company didn't hire you by the way you dressed and possibly by the answers you gave to their questions. Stereotyping is dumb.

You need to learn how to sell yourself when you're in an interview. You also need to learn to stop being a stereotyping assclown. :)

no one asked u to read the thread faggus, u could simply avoid clickin on it.

Nah, I've had several office jobs before, and im not stereotyping, americans are corporate douchebags hah, I dont care what u say that would make me change my mind. They are all stuckup "if im not makin money im not happy" careerist s who dont see the world outside of their lil community of pink ties and yachting in the hamptons with their fleet of investment banking buddies. Anyway, I thought today was funny. :toocool:

What about corporate ****** outside of america? Your lack of knowledge on the matter is laughable. Having worked in various countries I can tell you that most countries share similarities in the corporate arena and not all of them are idiots douches.

Shut up and grow up some.

Much to learn you have to do young one.

And c'mon man, put yourself in their position. You came in wearing a big puffy Marlboro Man jacket. That right there would stop me from hiring you, be happy they even interviewed you.

Are you more upset at the fact that you didn't get the job or at the fact that they went through the interview process and didn't give you the job?
