I'm new, and not a TOTA :D I've been leeching quite a few of the sets posted up - I kinda wanted to say thanks, and decided on posting up one myself too. Don't think it's been posted yet though; it's old, but I threw it onto the iPod before the gym today and had a kick ass workout :D
