If anyone knows any great hotels or resorts that are near the WMC/UMF that have reasonable prices please post them. They would be very help to other people, as well as for me.

Thanks folks!

Last year, I stayed @ the Wyndham, where the WMC was being held. I must say, this was very cool. I got see and speak with many DJs and producers. Whether you're an aspiring Producer/DJ or just a fan, it is a very cool experience.

Ya but it's so far up there that you're away from the action and taking a cab everywhere is not the greatest way to spend your week.

The only place I found so far with some vacancy left is the Riande continental Hotel. Might not be the greatest but is Near SPACE & also Ultra. If your going to the day parties then best bet is on SOBE.

A lot of the Hotels are booked solid. Even the Sheraton Biscayne Bay where alot of Ta's stayed last year is booked solid according to Expeda.

Good luck on your search for a hotel. Looks like WMC is gonna be even bigger than last year. :eyes:

Radisson on Biscayne Bay
Biscayne Bay Marriott

one of these 2 will be my choice for these year.

I'm really hoping the Fontainebleau is perfect... **fingers crossed**

Radisson on Biscayne has rooms for $244/night last I checked. I think a Clarion or a Doubletree (something like that) near downtown has rooms for $179 / night.

BTW, anyone know how much it'll cost to cab (or if there's public transportation or something) it from South Beach to the downtown area for Ultra?

Thanks.

Yup! We're booked there already, and I'm not too worried about it being that far away from Ultra... It came recommended by a few of the Miami TA's too, so I'm stoked!

Its only like 6-7 miles so thats not too far. The taxi ride to GG & Ultra won't be bad at all. Plus I will be there for 10 days so given that having a Tower Suite with beach, pool, & resort will make a nice getaway.
