Dan was giving 'er, but he wasn't that drunk.
Hmmm... now there's an idea. Get Dan to dance on one of the speakers. :D

alright now that im positive whos who, i can say this, Dennis Hanh was amazing, simple as that i think i dont need to say more, however Tygon just needs to get some better tracks. I know its mostly personal taste BUT what he played was not trance, it was just beat, no melody, no vocals, nothing to keep me dancing. Also a must have for any DJ is Tiesto, tygon didnt have any Tiesto thats just unacceptable. His transitions were alright and overall he is not a bad DJ when it comes to skill but he definetly needs to get some good tracks. The only song, ONLY and im not kidding, that was recognizable was S.O.S. . When you play trance in a mostly hip-hop club you have to play more popular songs in order to get the attention of the mass. All the tracks were so similar it became boring. Like i said before, MORE MELODY AND VOCALS. Oh and not to forget, too many breaks i found myself standing and waiting for the buildup more than i had a chance to dance. Build-ups are cool and all but this was just 2 much. I hope tygon can read this cause im just trying to help, cause i can tell he has the skill.

Other than that, good night, lots of ppl actually filled the PR and nice atmosphere.

Just because a DJ plays a set that you cant ID every single track doesn't mean their set wasnt good. Are you one of those people that stands off to the side with their arms folded trying to ID every single track and just because you couldn't you got all pissy and decided "this guy sucks, he doesn't live up to my supercool trainspotting standards". Seriously, get a ing life and realize the music is about dancing....the DJ is there to provide us with music to dance. If you want to stand there and ID tracks go listen to an ASOT in your bedroom with the speakers on full blast.
Besides...it's downright impossible to please every single person on a dancefloor, I guarantee you not all of those people have the exact same musical tastes.

Note to Maria and Joanna. MySpace blows. Get photobucket or something. :whip: :disbelief
