It's 8am...Just got home (thanks to Gabe for driving me back) actually we are both chilling at Drews crib right now...finally...probably will crash soon
but anyway Im soo glad i went...met madd new ppl...serge BROUGHT it with opening and closing, and Ferry was JUST phemonenal IMO. For once his set wasn't repetitious as in the past few shows. There was a lot of old skoo songs being dropped. Enjoyed st0mping till the room was almost empty. ahhaa. Too tired to remember the setlist, so Ill just leave that to the others. The night was also craaazy on so many levels, but i'll just leave it as things that happen during a party. lol. and lets just say a few ppl along with myself will DEF remember this one...:tongue2 LOL

what a great night (as usual with ferry) serge definetly was on point. was glad to hear tunes that I actually play for once from serge AND ferry :D

| OMFG!!! My first time seeing Ferry and my first time @ Crobar could not have been better! I had soooo much fun, kinda sad that my best friend didn't come out with us, but meeting all the TA's was f0ckin' amazing! I've never met so many people in one night. You guys r an awesome bunch. Serge was definitely on point... opened nicely. Fired everyone up.
I feel dead.. fell asleep at 5am.. got up at 9am not by choice. Couldn't fall asleep. Lots of fun...

Last night was amazing!!!!!
my back is sore, my knees swollen, i'm tired as hell, one of the best nights with ferry ever!
Serge ripped it! He had an awsome tracklisting that really lead perfect into ferry's set.
& Then There Was Ferry! What can I say A..F___ingMAZING! HE TOURED IT UP! The sander van doorn mix of breathe, that ferry track with him on the vocoder, just f___ing amazing. The dj booth was in a weird spot kinda wasn't feeling it, but who cares it was an awsome party. It was nice seeing all u TA's out there last night. & to all the people i met last night, It was kool meeting ya'll.:)
I wish it didn't end.:sadgreen:

| I want the track Serge played that sampled Rakim. More towards the begining of his set. And then... towards the end... there was a dope ass track that had a short little breakbeat in it. Those are the two I need. :cool: |

Awesome Awesome Awesome. Serge threw it down and Ferry in ripped it. Yeah the set up of the DJ booth was odd. It reminded me of old Exit set up.
Def great to see the usual suspects, and meet alot more TA's last night.

so did ferry play like he used to a while back or was it more as he has been playing in the last year and a half or so? i read an interview with him somewhere on here a few days ago where he said that he was doing his new style of trance with guitars and such and was not playing what he had been for the last several years.
sadly enough after the last two times i have seen him (avalon 10/04 and crobar in i think june 05), i decided his style just wasnt for me anymore. glad most of the people on here like how he plays, just wish i did :( |

I'm doubting it was recorded. I have yet to see a recorded set come out of Crobar.
Glad you guys had fun. I had an awful day at work, so I made the decision not to go out because I knew I was already pissed, would get wasted, and the night wouldn't end well. |
