2 people are receiving votes like that with vote counts of about 75 & 100 more than the rest. |

| I've talked to one of the people whose vote total has blown up. He noted that he's been openly campaigning in one of the regional forums, so I think people are simply reloading the vote after each submission. I just happen to notice when 30 votes go only for one person in half an hour when most people have already voted |
