After a long shot week and the little laul I have been in since New years it was finally Saturday and Ferry!
At 7:30ish John comes over and Kris comes over at 8. With the last finishing touches on my outfit we where out the door a little after 9. With one brownie point stop at Spundae we where off to Avalon.
The cheepy lot was open so we park the car and walk over to the club. To my suprize Evan Texts me and tells me he all ready in the club. We get there Alden hands me my tickets right away and we are in. FYI for season pass holders who are letting friends use the pass. They are checking your id and making sure it is your pass! If it is not your pass you can not use it. Totlay lame Imo
One we are in the club Eve Falcon is on but she is behind the Curtin. Great not that thing again. But at least the music is good and real good this time. Some Nice deep proggy tracks. Time now for a drink. Let me tell you we are spoiled at Spundae by Ernisto and Thomas. We asked for a Jolly Rancher and we get a 11 syrup shot at least that is what it tasted like. So off to the next bar and we get a long island.. ehhh it tasted funny.
After awile Evan, John, Drew and I go up stairs to chat and try the bartender up there. Score. Not only where the Drinks cheaper but they where made better too.
Avalon is still pretty dead and it was 11pm. Eve is still on and throwing down a really good set. The usual suspects where not out tonight only a handful of TA’s but the sears, Maytags, and where in full force and all over the place. Their arms too their sides, hair all over the place no cares in the world of who they where hitting.
At 1am Ferry gets on the decks. His Smile alone makes me happy. He lays down the first track and it is all over from there. OMG \O/ OMG \O/ AMAZING Tracks! So Melodic and epic. I held up my little red heart a lot!

Like someone said before Ferry played a lot of older tracks last night! :eyespop:
I was trying to get him to play Aven- All I want hehe. He made me sing it to him. Like a dork I did! LOL Good times.
OMG Ferry was AMAAAAZZZZIING! For 5.5 hrs Ferry was laying down tune after amazing tune. He was so in to the crowd. I love how he interacts. I had so much fun with the TA’s that where there. Dancing and hanging out and dancing back stage. SO MUCH FUN! I think this was Ferry’s best set since he started his residency. OMG!
I LOVE FERRY! WEEEE!! I can not wait until The 4th now :D

i just woke up. :p 11:30 pm my time. Ironically it's almost time for bed.
After about 2 1/2 hour sleep on friday...off the airport! get there pretty early, went to visit a family member i haven't seen in a while. then off to meet some of the greatest people in this world, kris and michelle.
we get there and it's pretty much empty. our mission at first was pretty much to get a good bartender. Some of the drinks was disgusting. The rest of the night was just amazing. Ferry rock it hard. Man he played some old tracks which was great! Meet some new great people including Shooting Star, and some other names it THINK i remember, but don't want to list them because i'll probably get it wrong.
I had sooo much fun last night! :happy2: can't wait for the next time! WMC? hopefully sooner. |
