I'm not sure about the first question, but I know that non-Christians all allowed into the Vatican/St. Peter's.
As a non-Muslim, I'm not sure if I'd want to be around Mecca, with the trampling and all. |

Yes, there are tramplings but its always outside Meeca. On route to 'Stoning of Devil' ritual; when people are forced through narrow road and their is some time deadline to reach their before sunset or something. Its the only dangerous part of Haj otherwise all week is safe with little risks.
Also I doubt wether you will take space flight (if offered) for the risk of being killed during landing/takeoff. |

If you're offering, I'll take it. I'm also not Muslim, so I'd much rather see meteorites in their native state than walk around one at the Kaaba.
That's just me.
