I used to too...but it didn't last long...I never saw the point? What do you get out of it? Absolutly nothing!!! An empty wallet, EXTREMELY bad health, you smell and not to mention I think it can be rude and very gross to be around.

Well, being athletic has kept me away from smoking...anything...ever...
I really can't relate to what people with cravings go through. But maybe doing something active to improve your health can be a helping hand to quitting.

Since I haven't been feeling 100% this week.. it has been since Tuesday evening that I haven't had a smoke..
washed out all the ashtrays tonight and put them away.. I am gonna try to do it this time round.. :)
Ask me what I am like in about 5 days from now.. I will probably be ready to snap s as well.. lol ;) |

Haven't had a cigarette in like 6 months.
Funny thing is I think I was in better shape when I smoked than now. |
