don't go to Joeys anymore. too far of a drive but i know fridays are def less guido infested. Thursdays Nite on the other hand is more of a tool show. Theres more tools there then in Home Depot.
i stick to Deko on saturday nites |

That is completely untrue.
Not all intelligence is based upon "book smarts." Some smart people can be lazy. Or uninspired. Or they just get lost in the shuffle and figure "Hey... it's an easy job and I'm happy with doing that, despite knowing that I am smarter than most people."

not true.. people can do whatever they want in life.. just bc you're brilliant, doesn't mean you're gonna be an einstein... one of the most brilliant people i met in my life was a simple carpenter.. some people don't feel the need to justify their intelligence with a job of 'equal value' so to speak.. i asked bob why he's a carpenter when he could do so much more with a brain like his... why's he wasting his time and not using their intellectual power to do more... and he said because he's happy doing what he's doing, regardless of his brainpower. he didn't want anything more in life. |

If you look at the profile of mensa members, there are lawyers, garbage men, taxi drivers, doctors, and people who are unemployed. theres many factors that go into how a person ends up where they are in life...
