Partying too much (pg. 2)

you're obviously not ready to be in a relationship. that's not bad really. just do your thing if u like to cut loose EVERY weekend with your boys. why be tied down by a girlfriend? it's like Dres said...u gotta spend time with your sweetie on the weekends if you're seriously involved, and if she's not down with all your partying habits, then it's not gonna work. it's pretty much understood that when you're involved with a girl exclusively, she's gonna want most weekends with you.

Women expect men to give in to their double standards. It's just kind of how things work.

Edit - This is mostly the case with younger women who still don't know what relationships are all about.

no, i didn't know she was going out and partying, but giving you for doing the same thing.

obviously the same rule should apply to both of u. i don't really think it's healthy to always be out and about with your sig. other...but then again, i usually really enjoy my bf's company, as well as his friends'. we usually have the same crew and we'd all go out together and drink and have fun...that's just how it's always been. i definitely think that once you're seriously involved & past the honeymoon phase, that you should each be entitled to a weekend night or two each month with your friends.

Well I'd imagine that to an extent it's always somewhat true. Up to this point I've noticed no difference between 21 yr olds I've dated and 25 yr olds I've dated. Maybe I've just have bad luck finding really immature women.
