i rly dont see the practicality for poeples set up @ home. wonderful idea for the club. but its new, i wouldnt buy it just yet, wait for the second model with fixed glitches to arrive.

the CDX from numark is wonderfull... it can read cds that pioneers cant... i dont know why... but i did the test several times...
AND the HDX is 1000000 times better

you are out of your mind... if the cd players funks in the pioneer... you gotta switch the cd players ALL THE WAY...
with the cdx/hdx... you only have to switch the cd reader...

poeple buy cdj's instead of turntables for practicallity. (most) and others buy them becasue if u play @ a club, u better learn how to use cdj1000's
so having a turntable that plays cd's is a bit of overkill for the average person who bought cdj's not spend money on vinyl which gets expensive after a while haha
i can rly see the porpuse of these though @ clubs, event hough i doubt a change in club standars will happen |

I love Numark stuff :)
Been playing with CDN-23,36,88 and Axis 8 and 9 for a while. Much better than Denon stuff! I never tried Pioneer but it's more expensive than Numark.
The HDX is freakin awesome with it's harddrive!!:eyespop:
