Somebody mentioned Spaten, I really like their offerings.
I'd have to say that Chimay Trappiste Ale and the subtle variations are some of the best beers in the world.
EDIT: Oh and Guinness is great! It and Boddingtons are my favorite stouts. |

What I like about beer is you associate good times with a particular beer. Like the beer had something to do with it.

Definitely the best beers are from Czech Rep. and Slovakia(my homeland)!!!
Czech beers - Kozel, Staropramen, Pilsner Urquell
Slovak beers - Saris, Smadny Mnich, Zlaty Bazant

Kozel is way better though, but you should probably be able to find Pilsner Urquell easily, here in So Cal i see it everywhere. No Czech bars anywhere in your location? |
