btw, as a mixer, the 800 looks REALLY nice! :D So dont get me wrong on that.
Like Robert said, looks like a scaled down -1000. I def like the black finish...it would look real nice between my two CDJ-1000's :toothless |

And in my opinion the Pioneer is the easiest to operate and pretty much the industry standard. for all you rotary guys out there, the Pioneer even has the option of Rotary Knobs instead of faders.

I don't know about that....pretty much every club I go to these days has loaded up with the Xone mixer. :p
Personally, I'd get the Pioneer...because of the midi control...hehe |

I would have to try out the 800 before I buy it. But last night, John (Orbital) showed me how to fix my mixer. So if I fix it, then I won't be getting another one.

I was considering getting the xone 92 rotary, but decided to get the djm 800 instead. I really like what the color effects can so and it seems like it adds on another layer of sounds and possiblity to any set.
2/28/06 release date for the djm800!!! sooo stoked
gunna look sexy between my 1210m5gs and cdj1000 |

| Without a doubt, get the Xone. |

| Cool Xone |
I just picked up a Xone 92 2 weeks ago for $1,550, out the door. It replaced my DJM-500 which is still a great mixer in its own right. The sound on the Xone series is hands down the cleanest, warmest sound out there.
Having said that, does anyone need a DJM-500? PM me. |

| true, the 4 band eq on the xone is definately awesome. if the djm800 doesnt meet up to my expectations, i could always return it and get the 92  |
