5htp is good stuff I used to have a bottle of it last year. Its not made to make you Buzz harder or anything its just something that should be taken if you care about your brain. |

I read it takes 3 months for serotonin levels to fully restore to normal levels ... can't remember the source, however. Tons of info threads on TA here (much of it unsubstantiated, of course). 'Probably best to combine all those TA testimonials with education from medical websites and stuff.
So if you are into that stuff, you're probably "better off" to dabble only a couple of times a year. |

I think they need to publicize what exactly the pill was that she took so that others can use caution if it is encountered. Chances are it wasn't pure MDMA or she was taking other medication. PMA, DXM, ketamine, and amphetamine are "extras" typically found in pills (making them cheaper to produce) that seem to cause most of the problems. According to my reading, it seems that a lot of ecstasy is manufactured domestically, so I hope that "manufacturers" are taking note and not taking short cuts or adding "extra" ingredients during production. Too many deaths will lead to a crack down by the government, which so far in Canada, has been relatively lax on the domesetic production of ecstasy (which is pissing off the DEA in the U.S. cause guess where its going).
An example was the girl that died at the film lounge last year (which I believe is gone for good) and the cops were able to trace the source of the pill relatively quickly and bust the involved parties. They found the pills contained significant quantities of meth if I recall correctly. |
