Hmm... No. I browse this forum a LOT, and can honestly say his posts have never stuck out as being overly rude or offensive. I think you are the one who can't take any about your mix. EVery next post you have another excuse as to why it actually is ing good or why your tracks arent very new or whatever... Blah blah blah.
Who gives a when you registered? I know lots of people who registered pre 2001 whom have an extreme lack of knowledge and people who've registered this year with a lot more knowledge. You cannnot simplify this to registration date. That's the cheapest way out of any argument here on TA. So what he's been here a year. He has had an impact on this forum. In my opinion a very positive one.
I think this thread will go into my sig as the second coming of how NOT to reply to criticism about your mix.. Hmm.. |

Learn how to comment on other ppl's mixes then we mite talk.
Wouldn't it be so much easier just to reply with something like "yeah dude, nice mix, but tunes kinda old and overplayed, whats up with that?" .... WAS THAT SO HARD TO DO?? but no, insted you chose to be offensive and rude. Good in job.

Why don't you write your own reviews of your own mixes. Hey that is a great idea. That way they can sound exactly as you want them too and you won't get so offended.
Resorting to personal insults when things don't go your way is not going to win you debater of the year award anytime soon . Learn to stay cool and use spell checker. |

I just play the game. You didn't have to take coded's comments like you did.

now you dont like my spelling...well FYI english is my second language and I am still learning it..
The other thing ... If you have something to say about my set (or anyone's set) good or bad... please do it in a polite form. Thats all Im trying to say. You started off with insulting me, is that "staying cool" in your opinion? Since when is it COOL to insult people?
Please...talk as much sh!t as you want about my mix... But do it in a way that would educate me on how to improve it. Maybe we can even have a nice conversation where me (and maybe even you) could learn something from.
Starting off with telling me that I pretty much suck is not gonna do good to neither me or you. I mean, cant you see it? 2 pages of total BS; a completely pointless fight where you and your buddy teamed up to insult me as much as possible without giving any reasonable feedback about the main topic of the thread. Bringing up my spelling mistakes...ehh... Man, cmon...You said: "learn to stay cool", but how can you say something like that if you dont do it yourself?
We both were wrong with where we let this argument go and I believe that the right thing to do right now is to appologize to each other and let this sh!t go... so... sorry if i was a little harsh with my replies to you. Fair enough. I myself will download this and review it when I get a chance, however I can't speak for coded. |

well, good for you...
so ... the "1st little tantrum" coded threw was completely normal in your opinion? Don't you think its a little harsh and he could've phrased it somehow in a better, less insulting way? In a way where I could actually read his reply and think "hmm...this guy has a good point, he's right..." and actually go and try to improve my following mixes. |

I am used to speaking and getting spoken to in a non sugar coated matter, especially about music, so I can't really comment on that. Had that been my mix and he had left that comment, of course I wouldn't be happy, but I wouldn't flip either.
