This thread is for the PC users ...

What CPU do you have right now?

AMD or INTEL ?

Recently bought a AMD comp, and I'm so impressed with it. Mine moves faster then a G5 :p

I recently tested out the ProBook (Intel Dual Core Powerbook, the thing is a joke) If you can find the orginal G4 Powerbook, grab it asap.

everything moves faster than a G5 :p

i have an aging Intel in my box... P4 2.8 HT 800FSB
Stingray
I've never owned an Intel chip. Even my 486 was an AMD.

LOL @ aging. Because you're not running the latest and greatest doesn't mean . Just jack up your RAM to 2GB and you'll be set for 2 more years with 2GHz in a desktop.

I'm running a 1.8GHz Centrino in my

AMD all the way, just bought a new processor chip and my comp has never been faster.
infinity HiGH
AMD Athlon64 3000+ here. Pissed at it's lack of overclocking abilities, since the 3000+ is "supposed" to be a monster in the overclocking department.

hehhee aging because i bought it when it came out... thats 2 and half years ago :p

1.8 centrino is very powerful with enough ram in it.

AMD Athlon 3200+, THAT's an oldie, but it still runs fine. 2GB dual-channel ram, plenty of space, decent mobo. It's not just your chipset that determines how your machine runs

What video card do you have with your new pc?

I've always been a big supporter of AMD. I currently have an AMD 64 3800+ and I'm very pleased with the performance.

I love it! Just like I'm done pimpin out my trunk, I'm done maxin out my PC. Maybe a nice file server to organize and tape-backup my data, that's about as geeky as it gets.
