Coming to Toronto march 16th to 19th

Hi,
I'm from montreal and I'm coming to Toronto for a little vacation... alone !
I am coming via viarail, the train station is directly downtown ?
Where to go out these 3 days ?
Anyone know a CHEAP place to stay ?
Any good place to eat ? lounge or supper club ?
Any nice place to visit ? Hockey hall of fame :gsmile: CN tower
Is it true that everything is close on sunday ?
Any other good thing to know or special thing to do are welcome !

Yes the Via Rail station is located in Union Station, and it is directly downtown in the business district.
Most places close at 5pm on sudays, and 6pm on Saturdays. Mostly retail.
Fav place to eat downtown:

pattaya chicken rocks!
If you go to the Hockey Hall of Fame, there is another good place to eat right above it, "Marche", fun atmosphere too. |

this is a great thread w/ a lot of info, altho the club listing is not up to date-- system soundbar is no longer in existance and This is London should be updated. |

They changed the name from "Marche" to "Richtree" a while ago, personally I thinnk richtree sounds stupid as hell but whatever still a nice place to chill. |

is it not true that everything is closed sunday, only nova scotia closes down stores on sunday. there will be lots of shopping and other stuff to do on sundays
as for places to eat, what kind of cuisines do you like and what is yrou price point? |

they still have Marche plastered everywhere, so you can still find it. |
