True. I mean I dont follow any religion but billions of people do. And honestly, how lame is it to make fun of someone's beliefs? thats just sorry and shows no class at all. no matter how funny it is, like this this should be kept to urself or not brought up at all, cuz all it does is piss off people and bring about more hate. like we dont have enough of that in the world.

Actually, T-shirt hell has had their limited edition Jew commentary shirts too, which unfortunately aren't still available for sale otherwise I'd post them. T-shirt Hell has something to say about EVERY minority group (whites included), religion and disability- & everyone gets offended. Most are funny, some are not. I think these shirts (at least the 1st 2) poke fun at how stupid this whole matter has become.

Lets face it Navid- dont you think all this rioting / burning / killing over some cartoons (which most people didn't even understand when showed them) is more than ridiculous? Especially when I can't even BEGIN to count all the disgustingly anti-Jewish/Israeli stereotypical racist (& I mean REALLY racist, not obscure like these) comics I've seen printed in Arabic & White separatist papers over the years, yet you never saw Jewish people around the world going to these extremes (or even close) to protest them. Its one thing to protest & boycott globally, in a peaceful manner- but they're not doing that, and in the end, they're feeding into already bad images of Islamic perceptions- when they claim it to be a 'peaceful' religion.

Sure, one leader (Iran ?) made an open-call for Holocaust comics to be submitted in rebuttal to prove a point, but isn't he the same guy who denies it even happened to the extent it did? Besides, he acts like this is the 1st time they'd be printing an anti-Jewish comic... as if!!!

Imagine how the world would be if people reacted like this about every offence they took to every religion- it'd be non-stop chaos!

Enough already!

^ I open this discussion to anyone on this board who wishes to discuss.

I sure hope an angry mob of skinny Americans (or fat Canadians who don't want to be confused w/Americans) dont burn my house down.

Ha, u should submit that to them. I'm sure it'll be out next week.

people should stop ing with Islam considering the situation.

I dunno the mindset... "people are pissed at the world for belittling their religion... I got the answer, LETS BELITTLE IT MORE HAHALMAOROFLHAHALoLZzzZzzZ"

i'm all for a good joke but ffs enough is enough when people are angry across the globe - leave them alone already! find other people to piss off who maybe dont mind so much.

if we take a deep look at ourselves and think about some things that we value most... would we sit back and laugh with it if those things were devalued and thrown in the face of the ENTIRE WORLD to mock?

no sense of boundaries in people anymore... everything to the extreme... no sensitivity

i remember in school when there was always somebody you'd bug the out of... just *about* to the point where you think they couldnt take it anymore but then you sorta chill and leave it at that - cause you didnt *really* wanna see them have a total breakdown - save something for someone else and another day... not anymore! lets enjoy watching people breakdown and go postal... then later turn around batting our eyes innocently and proclaim how they are overreacting! haha classic

we're an interesting people i'll give it that much

People need to get a sense of humour.

And more importantly, open their minds a bit.

Until you can prove that these images do a harm of some sort, STFU.

I don't care if a guy walks around with a neo nazi shirt. I'll just think he's a ing idiot.
Tygon

sense of humor?? r u serious? buddy look whats happening in the world regarding muslims and stuff. u think they r gonna have a sense of humor in times like those? if someone printed a shirt about jews during the holocaust, would that be ok with jews? what about blacks during the civil rights movement? I just read that in Pakistan, they are attacking westerners (aka enyone that doesnt look Pakistani/Indian or muslim) just because of those posters... now why don't you go to pakistan or somewhere in a muslim dominated country and take ur chances with ur sense of humor

Like I said, I dont follow religion but u can't expect like this to be ok, especially with whats goin on in the world right now.

Yeah, thankfully I don't live in some backward 3rd world country where you're allowed to express yourself in interesting manners, eh.

I'm not responsible for other people's ignorant and bigoted actions.

Would I be stupid if I went to some radical Muslim country and wear that muhammed t shirt? yes. because I'd be a dumbass for knowing what would happen to me for wearing such a t shirt.

Would I be stupid for wearing same t shirt in Canada? no. tasteless perhaps, but stupid? No.

It specifically says 'You shall not take the Lord's name in vain' on the Ten Commandments of Chrisians (and jews), but you don't see Christians (even fundamentalist ones) having a riot over it, do you?

it doesnt matter what religion is being picked on. people have their beliefs man. respect that. thats all. to some, that might be the thing in their lives they treasure the most, so why would anyone get a kick out of making fun of it? so low-class
