there are more from that list who have backed out other than rj, and margaret + guest. |
I have updated it as best as I could. I have taken names out and added ones that were on a waiting list.

Right now it sits that im going to be out alot of money if i dont get $30 from everyone that comes. Richard asked if he could. Trancechaos has said he is comming from what i understand. Hopefully they can reply. I can lower the "daily" rate if i up the full rate. But daily rate means i want whoever it comes for just the saturday GONE by midnight. No exceptions. |
Barry - Since I committed to the whole weekend, if you can't find someone to fill my spot (via entire weekend or day spot), I will pay my $30.
You may want to take a "donation" collection all weekend regardless to cover unexpected costs.
Thank you for organizing the trip - your dedication is amazing. If it were not for extenuating circumstances I would still be in attendance. |

I don't think it's at all acceptable that Barry should be out ANY amount of money for this. I don't know what the numbers look like, but with each cancellation it adds yet another $30 that Barry won't have to cover costs.
If Barry starts to run on a deficit, the responsible thing for those who can afford to do so is pitch in a bit more money. We all want more events like this in the future, right? |

^Im sure well find a few more, ive worked out the numbers so it will fit the budget if we are at 60. no need to rush everything right yet.
Im sure well lose a few more and gain a few more by the time things come.
Will check in tomorrow
please dont take any comments as rude or agressive.

I agree 100%.
If Barry is short at all on the cost of rental then everybody and anybody who either attended or said they would attend should reimburse Barry to ensure that he has no out-of-pocket expenses (relating to the cost of rental of the cottage). |

Based on flavor and moistness: Sirloin is a good roast - not a good steak (when compared to a striploin or boned steak [rib, t-bone, porter]). |
Thick top sirloin steaks are amazing. Must be at least 1" thick with at least 1/4" fat all around though.
T-bones and porterhouses are the exact same steak. Porterhouse is simply the name reserved for a very thick t-bone. Striploins are also the same steak, sans the bone and the tenderloin half. |
