sites like torrentspy don't get closed down?

because they are usually hosted in countries that dont have the same copyright laws as the US/UK etc regarding file sharing
all the RIAA can do is try to track which users go thru those type of sites and identify them thru thier isp's
the downloader then gets the prosecution, not the torrent site.
Also the fact that torrent sites do not host any of the files. |
