Ive been to a load of events and the shoes are still white.

This is a bump for the thread..

Do you guys know of a good sneaker protector/cleaner spray then? I have white/red puma's that I'd like to keep clean. They're new and super-comfy - I'd recommend this pair to anyone.

The man knows. Just got my first pair of New Balance last summer, and it made a world of difference!

Also, if you have insurance, or can actually afford them, orthodics. My back would be toast by about 2am on a regular night, but since i got them, my back and knees have been great till the wee early mornin :D

I *finally* order orthotics back in Jan.

Huge improvement. They serve a NECESSARY purpose and really correct poor body alignment issues... so many of which start in your feet due to high/low/non-existant archs in ppl's feet.

Last time I was in to get adjusted at the chiro, HOLY ! I adjusted so beautifully... it's all from the orthotics. If you have back pain, it's could be very likely that its stemming from your feet. Whatever is wrong w/ your feet, also impacts on everything else up (which makes sense!)

Lack of orthotics lead to my shin splits (bc of my extremely low archs, which cause me to walk un-ideally, which puts a lot of strain on my legs and knees!!! :whip: )
