PvD: Where's the hype?

It's Wednesday and on the front page there are only 3 threads dedicated to PvD at Roseland Ballroom?
There used to be these days:

And there's now.
Has NYTA had its fill of PvD? |

I'm going, but I'd guess that the reason no one is excited is because of issues that have happened at the last few events.
Central Park sucked in many regards, lack of bathroom facilities, boring set, poorer than expected lighting, etc.
Roxy was great from a music standpoint, but also was waaaay too hot, they wouldn't accept credit cards at the bar, not to mention that many ticketholders didn't even get in.
The last reason is that many NYTA's just aren't into trance as much and if they are, it's fluffier trance like Armin and Markus Schulz. |
