Not near my gear right now, but the big thing about that sound is the use of a formant filter as opposed to a regular HP / LP one..
Must admit it's pretty cool.
An old Vox box with a synth runing through it is a lot of fun in a similar territory.
So I have to ask, are you gloating because you made / found it? Or are you just saying it's an awesome sound that you can't work out.. |

| i could probably do it, i know reason pretty well and its just synthesized drums! i think but there is more. it's different but can be recreated if tried. |

| That can be done with a chorus and thecubase step filter on a drum sample.. No big deal really, one just have to find the right settings.. |

I didnt do it, of course, its pure infected mushroom sound.
Its so awesome, I tried to do something similar with my virus, it was close, but didnt have the same crunchy digital feel. If someone can make something sound very similar, props, and please tell me.
It surprises me how everyone says they could do it, but no one will post a sample of their work...... |

It's always like that here great ape, everyone thinks their pro synth programmers who can reproduce every sound in EDM, but no one can back up their claims with samples.

I make no claims to greatness about my synh programming skills, but I'll take a stab at it this weekend. Not sure how close I'll get but I'm brave enough o have everyone laugh at me..
Anyone else want to take public commitment to taking a stab? We can take a vote who get's closest, I doubt anyone will nail it precisely, but props if they do.. |
