hey, i only stay at a party whilst the tunes are good. the tunes started to be very un-good so i went to hang at syrup ;)

Well I will anyway :D
Went round for a bbq at a mates house, started off with a few drinks, listened to some good tunes. Tunes got harder, drinks got harder...
snap forward 8 hours, I'm walking home thinking "crapola, gotta be @ work in 10 minutes", so I (being ever so crafty) put my phone under my jacket to call the boss (to muffle the traffic noise obviously :rolleyes: )
Boss is like "so your sick...whats that in the background?"
I'm like "ing flatmates vacuuming! won't leave me alone *tear*"
1x sick day for me :cool: |

my last day at work was on friday, a going away party was planned (i didn't know about it) with cake and all, an extremely bludgy day would have ensued :)
except i spent the entire night beforehand vomiting my guts out so i had to take the day off :whip: :whip: |

I used to take days off work & put in annual leave days a fair few times at my last job coz I knew I was going back to school.
Its the best feeling sleeping in!
If I went to work and had been out the night before, which wasnt that often, I bloody deserved a gold medal!:tongue2

Doesnt anyone ever ask for docter certificates??
Last time i took siki they where nagging me for a certificate but i just told them i was too sick to go and get one hehe.
They probably gave up easily coz im only casual and dont get paid for sick days... :sadgreen: |
